TLDR: Pick at least one of the questions below and journal about it
Reflect on the activities and situations that put you into flow. Here are a few suggestions to start:
- Think about a time you were in flow, or an activity that you feel gets you in that state. Do some critical reflection on these questions:
- Why did/does this put me into flow?
- What is it that I love about this activity?
- What challenges me about this activity?
- How can I re-create these conditions in other parts of my life, especially work I have to do or goals I want to achieve?
- Reflect on a time you felt excited and happy? Was it because of any of these flow triggers?
